Peel Associates was set up in 2004. Whilst the consultancy is new, however, we have a wide experience of the building industry, and especially concerning private and social housing.

Our skills covering private residential works include:

Nick is the founding partner and has been working in the construction industry for 30 years. He is a corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Building, Faculty of Architecture & Surveying, and is an associate member of the Institute of Maintenance & Building Management.

He has extensive experience of house construction (both new and old), defects in housing, and management of housing projects. He has worked for general contractors, house builders and, for the past 13 years, in local government in charge of a team of surveyors undertaking repairs, improvements and modernisation programmes to inner city council housing in the East Midlands.
